Custom Orders purchased at our Gallery or Online can only be returned for store/online credit within 30 days as long as it's undamaged and in new condition.
If your art was shipped to you and arrived damaged, let us know ASAP. All our art is shipped with insurance.
Shipping cost is non refundable.
All returns must first be approved by Ryan before refund/store credit is issued. Please do not attempt to ship art back to us before you have first contacted us.
